  • Chinese and English names, ID numbers and dates of birth of you and your family members
  • A copy of your proof of relationship
  • Contact phone/email address etc.
  • Proof of your residential address, including proof of residential address and/or copy of lease agreement
  • Your income/asset proof, including income proof, bank statement or passbook, certificate of deposit, bank or financial account details, etc.
  • Transcripts or recordings of your calls to our hotline and telephone interviews
  • Your email or letter to the company
Retention of personal data
  • Personal data will be kept until the original purpose for which the above data was collected, or a purpose directly related to it, unless the above personal data is required to be kept by any applicable law or contract; and
  • In accordance with the above guidelines and the Company's internal procedures, personal data will be cleaned in the Company's electronic, manual and other storage systems after a specified storage period.
